I just placed my order and there is an issue. What should I do?

Call the restaurant as soon as possible! The restaurant is always your best point of contact for order issues or changes. You can find the restaurant's phone number in the My Recent Orders section of your homepage as well as in the confirmation message you received.

I haven't received a confirmation message for my order.

Online: Check the My Recent Orders section of your homepage to see if your order has been confirmed

Mobile: If you haven't received a text within a few minutes, call 1-888-411-6626 to check on the status of your order.

Should I ever pay for my order at the restaurant?

Nope. All GoMobo orders are prepaid via credit card, so you should never have to pay at the restaurant. Just pick up & go!

My order was wrong!

If you would like the restaurant to replace your order, please call them as soon as possible. If you do not want this order replaced but wish to request a refund, please call 1-888-411-6626.
